"Analgesia" is my submission to the KVR OSC 109. This dark neurofunk track uses the Fathom modular synth plugin as the only sound source, and utilizes built-in DAW and freeware plugins only. Downloads enabled. If you download or like the track, hit me up via Soundcloud messenger, would love to hear from ya.
The track details are here: https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=7036379#p7036379 This song is about the life as someone who is being supplied with everything they need - how it is to be carried. I regard myself as such a person. He who cares for me knows everything I need and is able to provide for me. This doesn't mean my life is always easy. There are certain circumstances that have been bugging me my whole life and there is no relief in sight. However, I can say that He is always with me. He has comforted me countless times in my sadness. He often doesn't remove the circumstances, but he helps to go right through them. And, best of all, He gives me an eternal hope that can't be destroyed by anything: he will give me a life without pain, a life with healthy relationships etc. after this one. And what I (really) believe, is this: That this is for everyone. Jesus knows you, and he waits for you to seek him and talk to him. He loves you just as you are. **NO SAMPLES USED - ALL SOUNDS MADE USING AALTO Synthesizer** Aalto Solo: http://www.beatdrive.de/?t=plugins&id=4 Aalto Full: http://www.madronalabs.com/products/aalto It starts off with the officers on Space Ship Aalto having a jolly good dance. They are headed for a planet. Waking up the next morning - a bit achy might I add - they are in a mythical, mysterious, and magical world to explore. Amazing creatures, vegetation, and flora. After experiencing some buffer size issues with Space Station Aalto, they decide to head back to ship. While on the journey through the planet's stratosphere, they become restless, and dance the journey away.... Close your eyes, put away the celery for once, and try to imagine you arrived on this strange planet world. Kick back... rub some coconut oil on your face, let loose. The exploration begins. A 99' style trance piece to remind me of the jp8000 club shakers... the 4 minute breakdowns with supersaw strings....
A Fairy song, Nay too long, For thine OSC, ...A tune... a tale, A pleasantry. Cubase 6 produced, Only TAL FX used, Just a sprinkling of EQ and a W1 limiter... or Two 9 Instances thou shall see, Hand crafted with Grace, Elegance, and pure ecstasy Something enjoyable For thou...and for me! Now sit back in thine shear splendor, Not the edge of thy seat, And listen closely to this psychoacoustical feat, For thou shall see that it's quite neat. - Newly discovered poetry from literary genius William Synthspear, dated c. 1601

Song: -'Parachuting Down to a Supersaw Welcome' Project Download: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2qlsvas_m3BakNYZ0JDQUdWaG8 Presets Download: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2qlsvas_m3BWDZNYk1ZVVNQZG8 Story (Final happy ending to the trilogy of Nature was the machine, and Space ship Aalto) -The robots chatter for a moment, then realize they are getting close to planet BongThong X-69100 - their home planet - which also looks very similar to the Swiss countryside. The exit hatch is open, and they fly out, and parachute down to earth. A Supersaw melody is heard in the distance, getting louder, and louder. Dancing in the air ensues… on the ground, then in the pubs, and fields. These Feldspar model robots really put out a great emulation of the jp-8000. It was a good adventure, but a happier ending to the people of BongThong people. First I would just like to say thank you to Taron. He bravely volunteered to give a listen to a couple of early versions of my track. One very strong suggestion was to change the direction which the track was heading, and I agreed with that idea. This track is the result. While I may have very well ruined the track in other ways it is at least not as bad as it was before lol. Had major problems with SoundCloud destroying my cymbals. Tried many different things, all failed to one degree or another. Advice on how to mix cymbals/noise to not become washed out with the SC mp3 streaming would be greatly appreciated. Google shows it is a common issue, but little in useful advice. As always, any and all constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated. Thanks for listening.

This is my contribution to the OSC #109 FATHOM. The track was composed only with 15 instances of the softsynth plugin FATHOM (by Seaweed Audio) in the DAW Cubase Elements. I used the DAW- Effects compressor, limiter, reverb, EQ and maximizer and from other developers: sanford reverb, OrilRiver and MLoudnessAnalyser. To my mind this synth is really good sounding and incredible versatile, but hungry for CPU power.

This is a quick chord progression using Fathom a new modular synth. This is one wavetable osc, a notch filter and delay. It uses sequence and envelope modulation. This thing is amazing.
The Preis is whryeteous is a straight forward instrumental rock piece that features melodic soloing on guitar, bass and keyboards
This track was the first venture into playing and recording banjo.
A short tune with a fast paced arrangment. It has an indie pop feel.
